If you decide to build your own shed then it is advisable to obtain one of the storage shed plans that are freely available on the Internet. The plan will show you all the materials you will need for your project, and the steps for assembling them together.
You can also buy garden shed plans from DIY shops. However, if your main objective is to find cheap garden sheds then you are better off going for one of the free plans.
Metal and wooden sheds are generally more expensive than plastic ones, so you will save quite a bit of money by opting for a plastic storage shed. Once again, your best bet is to trawl the Internet for the best deals. But there is one secret that I want to share with you.
You can get even bigger savings by finding discount coupons on the Internet. With some of these coupons you can make savings of up to 50%. Now that is what I call a proper discount.
I am in a particularly good mood this morning, so guess what? I am going to give you a few more tips.
You can also search for the main brands to see if any of them are doing special deals at the time. Some of the brands you can look out for are Sonoma, Pioneer, Haida, Palmerston, and Catalina. From time to time retailers offer deals with very generous savings for some of these popular brands.
Although they may not be cheap to begin with, by the time you include the discount you might be pleasantly surprised to find out that they work out just as cheap if not cheaper than the so called cheaper brands.
You might also consider second hand sheds. If you go to a website like CraigsList you are likely to find people who have put up their portable sheds for sale. If they are in good condition then you can end up paying a mere fraction of the price of a brand new storage shed.
